This introduction to numerical quantum calculations and quantum optimal control, written by Jesper H.M. Jensen, has been extremely useful for our group when introducing students from the Bachelor's to PhD level to numerical computing and quantum control. It is a part of the quantum control challenges that we provide to new students and interns in the group and a fantastic resource for instructors looking to teach such topics and students who wish to learn such topics.
